The Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman’s (ASBFEO) mission is to ensure Australia is the best place to start, grow and transform a business. We achieve this by assisting and advocating for small and family businesses nationwide. 

We understand the challenges these businesses face and provide trusted advice, data, and research to improve policy. We also support access to dispute‑resolution information and services, as well as mental‑health resources when needed. 

We proudly celebrate the vital, personal contribution that more than 2.7 million small and family businesses make to Australia’s prosperity, wellbeing and community.
